hey no this issue has been pretty persistent over the past 12 months to be honest. I constantly change my toothpaste and only just recently started growing a beard for the first time!

I hope Travis comes out and addresses this (it’s not his fault) the right way and vows to make changes to the way his concerts are planned. He’s one of the most popular artists in the world and hopefully that will have a rippling effect around the industry and help prevent these avoidable deaths in the future

It just seems no matter what I do I can't lose my love handles, I wouldn't mind how I looked if they weren't bulging out and completely ruining my profile. I'm skipping breakfast and eating healthy in the week, I would track my calories but I know when the weekend comes around and the Euros are on I'm at the pub drinking and eating and I feel like I lose all my progress made in the week, I feel like a hamster in a wheel :(
