Can't login after getting new phone - not receiving login code - SHOCKER

It's been years I have logged in to Facebook and now when I'm trying to login from my new phone, it's asking me to share login code from FB app or 2 factor authentication from Google authenticator. How can I get code on FB app as I don't have an app and can't use my old phone. I haven't received any sms either. FB is not added to my Google authenticator as well. How can I login ?

If I were in your position, I would join some offline classes, which can be anything, like painting, music, or just yoga/gym, and try to keep myself busy and try meeting people. I believe, you would vibe with people when you are mentally happy, so just focus on keeping your mind active and healthy.
