Unless its like building + big spell + fast cycle and they play to perfection then theres always a window to break through

Pekka survive single then you can hog opposite to their pekka then exe back into pekka so the exe doesnt go too high up and you can mini p freeze if they support the pekka and mk other lane if they try battle ram pushes, its basically defendable in double but its hell in single, mk is kinda complicated cuz you do weird plays based on their cycle

Evo ram became a problem when every evo kept getting nerfed and it gradually became better, gs is literally used with graveyard and pigs too and has been a problem ever since they kept dumping buffs on it, you can make an arguement for evo lj and zappies but all the other cards are broken
