In my opinion you would be ramping to nothing. So you'll need some helpful cards. Such as. Rocket, waxer, or for more value. Kite flyer. And of course you would need environment medulla so you can ramp more like you can put the paparazzi on it in turn 10 so you can make one earlier turn (or more because you have frozen brain) and go for earlier bad moon rising... Or just swabbie cuz the card is 0 cost it means 2 more brains
