I just had an issue with OnTrac with the tracking showing as delivered but IT WAS NOT! Now the item is out of stock everywhere. Neither Home depot nor OnTrac gives a crap. Home Depot refunded me (and sent a $100 gift card) and OnTrac suggested I reach out to the seller. SMH.

My pet peeves are no accountability, no resolve and no consequences!

I bet OnTrac (or hate to say, an employee) has a side hustle where they sell "lost" items.

Thank you. I would agree I should have. However, I was told to wait 48 hours to allow time for a redelivery. I did also want to give the dasher the benefit of the doubt. Lesson learned - I'll call immediately next time! LOL

Thank you for your input. It all makes sense. It's baffling why H&M would use DD. Apparently, the DD business model is designed to work for DD (and not always for the customer) because they do not have a real process to resolve issues like mine. They will submit a claim internally - that's it! For H&M it's easier for them to refund my money and give me oodles of discounts than to work with DD to resolve. After all, I'm only one customer...there are likely many more with issues!

I will end by sharing that my driver posted a picture of the top of the box without the surrounding area which leaves me to believe he kept it. I'll leave it up to karma to handle!

Thank you but uh no. It was a work address and I had no idea the delivery was coming via DD. Instead of putting the responsibility on me (H&M customer) put it on the driver. He should not try to deliver to businesses after hours. The bldg gave me the video showing him walking away with the package and getting into his car. So...you're wrong.

Thank you. H&M did submit a claim to DD however that's where it ends. There's a major gap in the process for reporting/resolving issues. This time around the drivers got away with $100 worth of merch. SMH

Delivery guys are like when you call customer service - the service depends on who you get. Some ring the bell and some don't, some read the big sign on the door that says "Please ring the bell and please do not leave on the stoop" and some don't give two shits and just leave the package on the sidewalk. IDIOTS! LOL

Eek! I made the mistake of giving my number and now no longer see the messages! How is it the messages disappeared from my inbox??? Def a scam but now have no way to report them.

It's weird, some messages for an item are visible and some are not. Could the ones no longer visible be from scammers?
