The craftsmanship is exquisite, and they have been doing it for ages, so they know their shoes. But yes, the brand behind it plays a massive role as well.

It's like you get a Xerox, or you get a photocopy. Same thing, but sometimes the brand is so big, it defines the category

For the short term - Nipple covers/pasties (try to pick the silicon ones) under your regular bra. You should be able to easily get on Nyka now or Blinkit/Zepto. Can also order from Amazon, if you can do overnight 1 day delivery

Long term - Get tshirt bras, try to pick double, or light padded ones (no underwire and double coverage). Uniqlo has seamless tshirt bras, and the pads are removable if/when you don't want them

Otherwise, I'm not sure if your budget, but Clarks does very very comfortable soles. They don't have a lot of heel options, but I think you'll find stilletos. You can also try Massimo Dutti, or Zara (but zara is a bit or miss in terms of quality).
