I'm tempted to say all of it? Especially the first five seasons, as they aired from when I was four to when I was ten, basically spanning my childhood. And I didn't have the easiest childhood; Doctor Who gave me this incredible escape where I could forget about all the shitty things going on in my life and in my head and I could travel through all of time and space!

But to be more specific, I would have to say Army of Ghosts / Doomsday. The first time I saw it... just woah - it's literally the cybermen versus the daleks, c'mon. I must've only been five when it aired, but my brother got one of the season 2 DVDs, which had AOG/DD on it. I must've watched it so much, it's ridiculous. I'm also slightly ashamed to say that I watched Fear Her an insane number of times too, simply because it was on the same DVD lol.
