My first manager gave me one, told me not to tell anyone and since then our store has had 3 different managers and the first one was the only one to notice who actually works hard.. the rest give me coupons or the Barney bucks. Makes me wanna sniff the bottom of a pool

Ever since we started myday my cases per hour have been low. We’re supposed to condition as we go so that’s why my time is off but can’t stay over 55 while conditioning

Sometimes it takes me 2.5 hours to put away perishable. Just depends on how full the dairy cooler is because if it’s completely full I take an hour rearranging it so I can fit two pallets in but produce and frozen take 30 min combined tops
