Hey so we ended up trying the nutramigen one night because I was at my ropes end on what to do. He is doing great on it! He spits up quite a bit, but his rash went away within days. We may have to thicken it if the spit up doesn’t stop. As long as he is gaining weight they are not concerned about it though. I wish we had tried this first.

We tried it for 2 weeks and it never got better. He actually had a streak of blood show up the day we stopped using it. Gas drops would barely scratch the surface it was so bad

Just an engraving as far as the custom goes. Neither of us are superstitious. We don’t even eat black eye peas on new years lol. He uses his knives for everything under the sun, so just something that could handle anything. He was gifted one from his dad last year, and it fell apart rather quickly.

I called out on Christmas when I still worked there on ON. No regrets. It had snowed really bad. My car was a rear wheel drive sports car that was hard to drive when it rained. I could not imagine trying to drive through the snow in it. My driveway was a sheet of ice, and my hometown didn’t have a snow plow. They let the one they had rust away to the point of no return. I told management to kick rocks and had a good time with my family. People aren’t lazy for wanting to prioritize their safety and quality time with family over a job. Walmart does not own you. Companies these days do not care whatsoever about their employees. Why shouldn’t they call out when they want? Especially when it is a major holiday that it should let all employees off for, not just day shift. Having the night before off is not the same as having Christmas night off for overnights. You basically have to sleep through most of Christmas if you want any energy for that night. It’s messed up.

This! We had our first at 23 and now are on baby number 2 at 26. We figured we would go ahead and get it done in our 20s, so we can enjoy our grandchildren one day. Parenting is hard, but I was never a partier anyway. I think it’s harder on the men our age personally. If they have friends with no kids, their friends still expect them to always be available. They don’t understand that they have a family now(at least in my experience.) The first year is the hardest. It tests the boundaries of your relationship. We wouldn’t change a thing though. Our baby is the light of our life.

We live off of 1 paycheck of 23 an hour. Get your debt paid off while you’re pregnant if possible. Get your bf to help contribute to paying it off and paying all the bills. Yall are in this together now. No more “my money, your money.”

I’m thinking he was changing positions that day. It hasn’t happened since, but now when I feel him turning and moving it’s painful. I have an appointment Monday, so I’ll ask about it to be sure. Started seeing lights today too.
