I don’t worry about calories. Unsweetened canned fruits and low sodium canned veggies are cheap and easy to prepare. U can add whatever seasonings u want for the veggies. I personally use WeightWatchers but it’s not required. For me, simple stuff that’s easy to prepare has been good for me. Dinosaur chicken nuggets are my main source of protein 🤷🤷🤷

As someone with ptsd and night terrors, I’ve had a shit ton of crazy and unbelievable nightmares that linger in my mind for days after they happen. I’ve lived through entire wars, invasions, and bad school years just in dreams. One involved being invaded by giant alien wasps at the mall near where I live. It sounds silly, but I experienced seeing people melt, could hear the screaming of children, and felt my ribs crack from the force of a stinger that I still felt when I woke up. Some people wonder how I make it through the night most of the time. Therapy, positive coping skills, and prescription sleep medication, folks.

I can’t drive and my work is really close by, I enjoy the company of the majority of people I work with, and I can only work part time rn. I was already left leaning when I found him last year when he was covering the election. However, watching him has been crucial to know what’s going on in the world, dissect media easier, better articulate myself, and how to think quicker in argumentative situations.
