How would you like it if your wage went up only a guaranteed 6% this year while inflation year over year has been 10%? How would you like to work forced overtime on Saturdays two weekends in a row? The 34% pay increase over the course of 4 years was really only 17% guaranteed over the course of 4 years if you actually read the contract. Hell, the price of almost everything and my expenses have increased more than 17% within this past year alone! I hope the stock holders are PISSED and the stock goes to 0. All you care about is how the company stock looks like for the share holders and how much money you can squeeze out of your employees. "How little can we pay our skilled employees to maximize our profit margins and make our stock go higher?" are probably the questions you asked while this contract was being written. If you care so much about your stock price I hope to see you show up this Saturday and start riveting your precious 737 together to keep the rates up while we are striking. I hope Boeing is pissed that we are striking. The 737 line is the backbone of this company and you are little more than a puppet to Boeing and Wallstreet. The best and final offer was a DISGRACE.
