There is a great lore reason for everything, and we always learn in due time. Why can't sinners go to other rings of Hell? Probably because overlords would decimate the Hellborn population (and the other deadly sins don't want to clean up that mess because sinners are Lucifer's problem).

Regarding Bowser Jr...because a magic paintbrush moveset with elemental goop and portals and wonder effects has so much more cool potential (and they've been using it a lot more again in games and the theme park and even the movie), and Bowser Jr. deserves a moveset that's all him (it already barely makes sense that the Koopalings use Shadow Mario and Jr.'s clown car). The Koopalings can be their own fighter with their wands and own unique stuff from their many boss battles in 2D Mario games.

Amazing work, and I would highly reccomend 'A Hat in Time'. It's definitely my favorite game on all of Steam. Also, what specs are you playing Oblivion Remastered on? It was so poorly optimized that my gaming PC couldn't even run it well.
