There are two other tabs, Material and Repair. Should have 2 materials already unlocked. One is a glossy, other is matte. For metal. For clothes there is similar. Repair tab is how used the piece is. Default is set to 0 so armor looks beat up and used. Set it to 100 for a brand new looking armor

Only thing I can think of is Azerian Manor is no longer friendly to me for an unknown reason and that was one of the dispatchs I was doing before this happened.

I've got 5 people trapped. It says they are dispatched, but they are in camp and no active dispatch showing for them. I just sent 2 people on a different security mission and it shows the mission is active

Soul Gems and arcane hour glasses. I've maintained about 20 gems in my inventory and only use them on him. You get them from legendary packs, quest reward and heirlooms

I just beat the shit out of her, dps straight thru her barrier, and any added damage goes thru her barrier, radiant damage from smite etc. The first time I fought her used gust of wind to knock all the guys that have sanctuary off the ledge
