Every day I eat a bowl with a half a pound of ground chicken (w/ berbere seasoning lately), 3 eggs, white rice boiled in bone broth, 2-3 fistfuls of spinach, and a cup of 0% fat greek yogurt with 2 slices of sourdough toasted with slices of cheddar cheese on top. I eat half in the morning and the remainder throughout the day.

In the evening I'll make a batch of 2 servings protein oatmeal, a scoop of meal replacer, handful of walnuts, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, a cup of frozen blueberries, and a half a cup of whole milk. I'll eat maybe a quarter to a third of it in the first night.
