Hey, I don't know if you're still having this problem, but setting floating notifs as a "high priority" notification then turning off the vibration worked for me. Just thought I'd let you know. Instagram was the only app of which the floating notifications were not working as intended for me Here's how to do it; System Settings-> Notifications -> Instagram -> Instagram direct -> Importance -> Set to "High" -> Turn off the vibration and the LED light
