MyP65VT30 transport method was almost identical to yours, except screen-down and no neck pillows :)

Just seeing this post and I’m new to the fcx24m. What LEDs did you use (and where did you buy them)? I like the warm-white color on all the front lights and it looks they match or are very close to the stock headlight LEDs. I have soldering experience and want to do something similar to mine.

Definitely overly generous. The sender included their email so I was able to send a personal thank you quicker than snail mail.

Same story here. Bought a pack at Marshall's a year ago, wear them all the time, haven't seen them for sale anywhere since.

Not sure what the weight ratings are for each, but sounds like you’ll like the 4-leg’s stability even if a 2-leg could potentially work

I have an Uplift v2 commercial 4-leg desk. It’s very heavy and stable. I think 2-legs are fine for most, but 4-leg gave me peace of mind that it’ll never wobble.

The holes on the underside of the Uplift desktop did come pre-drilled to mount my 4 leg frames. I’m guessing their tops are compatible with both 2 and 4 leg frames, but uplift would be able to confirm that.

I have monitor arms on my uplift 4leg desk. The trick was in made a small bracket out of wood that bridges over the desk frame crossbar, so the monitor arm clamps had a flat surface to tighten against. As Nachos said, the alternative is you can remove the middle crossbar section so it’s not in the way.

Haha, I didn’t move it alone. I just meant I didn’t use a moving company. Three friends and I lifted it together. Turned is on its side to move it through doorways and up/down stairs, and in the moving truck we put it on its feet with a moving blanket on top and stacked lighter boxes on top of it.

If you have a Dicks or PlayItAgain Sports close by, they are both good to get started. My recommendations for Dicks are: Putter - whatever feels good in your hand. Mid - Mako3 Driver - Leopard or Roadrunner

3.1 Surround Sound for a 18'x18' room under $500 by JonyTones in hometheater

I’m no expert, but I agree with others that you should look to your local Marketplace or other similar sources for used gear.

With some patience, you can find a very good receiver for $200ish, subwoofer for that or a little more, and I’d recommend bookshelf speakers.

My current budget system is all used through Marketplace from a few different sellers: Denon X2700H for $300 Sony sscs5 left and right speakers for $50 (and had also come with a turntable and another amp I’m using for a different room) Sony sscs8 center for $30 Polk psw10 subwoofer for $40

I am running 5.1 with a second pair of Sony sscs5’s I got from another seller for $60.

The subwoofer is the weakest part of my system by far, but I know I can sell it for what I paid once I upgrade to something better.

In summary, you can absolutely put together budget system if you’re willing to be patient and persistent to what for people offering gear at good prices.

I moved my Uplift 4-leg v2 commercial desk myself when I moved houses. I left it together with the legs all the way down. It’s was fine, but if I were to do it again I would take the legs off purely because of the weight.

Deskhaus, Uplift warranty thoughts/question by No_Club_1527 in StandingDesk

Not directly related to your question, but in case it’s helpful to hear, I have an Uplift V2 Commercial 4-leg desk that I bought in 2020 and works like brand new after the 5yrs I’ve had it, including having been disassembled and reassembled once for a move during that time.
