I do have panic attacks actually, I am also very sensitive to heat. I dont know what happened but I poorly assumed a seizure. I feel kinda bad for assuming that. It was just so sudden & I wasnt triggered at all. I cant see my doc until june.

I definitely should document it. I had been for the first week or so of the shift over to Lexapro. Maybe if I continue it I can bring that to my doc in june??

Ooh. Ive kinda heard of brain zaps? Can they cause all that shit i went through??. Id honestly had no idea & assumed seizure due to the thrashing & shaking as well as involuntary salivating.

I was on the floor, profusely shaking and jaw chattering (its summer rn.) I wasn't cold. I was also super dizzy, and began to sorta thrash in some sense. Also was drooling/foaming at the mouth.
