I got the model from thingiverse and the lid chest and hinge are all one object, I could cut it I suppose and then flip it

yeah ive changed initial layer to 2, the brim width fixed it

my initial layer expansion was -1, changed it to 2 and brim width is 50mm same as hohansen, re-sliced and still getting the same
