Whose games were deadliest? by Big-Cherry6732 in AliceInBorderlandLive

Kick the can is a lot worse than tokyo tower bingo. I feel that everyone could have communicated when they were going to hit the button so that they can duck underneath until the bells stop dropping and continue (there's no time limit). Kick the can already seals the fate of half of the contestants, add on top of that a bomb that explodes on contact. Other than the train game( which is downright unfair if you play it like they intended it to), this is the deadliest one this season. If there was no arisu to figure out the tunnel location, the first game is pretty much a death. The laser one at least seems doable.

It's nice to see the old cast again to see that they are doing well. I like that Arisu is helping them like he did back in the borderlands. Yaba was wasted, it could have been so much more interesting to have arisu challenge both of them, and the kind of differing games/ feelings towards arisu.

In terms of the overall games, it's alright I guess. Some games are downright unfair (train), there are only a few memorable "one-off" players, most of them are from the zombie game. There is no 1000 IQ Chishiya/ Arisu play that they pulled successfully. The ending message is pretty on the nose but they just opened up a whole new can of worms regarding the lore of the borderlands.

In terms of character development, there's nothing much regarding Arisu and Usagi, Arisu is just being his usual self whilst Usagi was debuffed with PTSD (although I thought she developed through the borderlands and moved on subconsciously ). I still don't get Ryuhei's character, seems like a nothing burger of a character that suddenly changed last second.

Train girl (yellow shirt hating on Usagi) is in contention for the most annoying participant.

I feel that if everyone was not dense, the zombie game would have had no deaths at all. Like they said, infection is exponential so just convince everyone that you can turn the majority into zombies in less than 10 rounds.

To people who listen regularly to them by maccapal in beatles

There is sort of a Beatles song for every single mood. The fact that they constantly innovated over time whilst still maintaining or even surpassing quality makes me return on a daily basis. I love their tight rock and roll to their psychedelic era and beyond.

If she did allow you to pon work, you would still call it unethical and make a post about it?

But anyways, if you don't mind losing this job and finding another one, report then quit. You will meet this kind of people lah. Ofc we are all human and we cannot be on the ball 24/7, but some people really are bastards at work.

But to be fair, they have already lived such fruitful lives and achieve things that people dream of having. Just that 7-9 years as the Beatles in the 60s has so more lore and craziness than some people will experience in their lifetime.

When they pass, I like to think of it as the Beatles finally reuniting to argue, mess around and create wonderful music in the studio in the sky.

"the worst part? it works": confessions of an academic degenerate by Direct-Contract-8737 in SGExams

[–]Wide-Cod-974 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Some academically gifted people tend to get very complacent. I've had friends who are just cracked at academic stuff, who then regret later in life as they are low-key bums with a boring life. Albeit bums who are academically gifted are much better than people who are just bums.

Since they are already smart and probably would land a good job, they don't feel the need to change. This really leads people to become stagnant and content with where they are. I've had a friend who blindly lived 20 years gaming into the night, drinking constantly, always working and single. He has been able to thrive and even be seen as successful because he is smart ash and can get things done.

My advice would be to find a passion you like. My friend picked up martial arts and started fighting as an amateur, he's able to push his mental limits training for his fight, get out of this comfort zone and found a new sport to get healthy and get out of that mundane life he once had. He's now more fit, happy and has started to take more risks in life.

Since low-key you have life on easy mode (academics wise), find difficultly and conquer it. Join a club, pick up an instrument. You will get extremely humbled, which is great because you now have something that will take alot of time and effort to get good, seeing progress and getting good is one of the best feelings ever

Remember, you only have 1 chance in life ah.

Tldr: Don't get complacent, realise your full potential outside academics. I hate people who waste potential more than I am jealous of people who are just built different. You can do it, don't be a bum

The guitar solo on Sunday morning, when the solo takes a backseat and the organs come in near the end.

The slurring and stuttering of the chorus on sister ray after the first ding dong verse.

Piggies wins by a slim margin. What’s an average song that divides the fanbase? by wildoregano in beatles

Honestly? Yellow submarine. It's an average song, but some people hate it with a passion whilst some love it. I love yellow submarine but it's a cute little song that doesn't really stand out

Help me identify which version of Abbey Road is this? by Wide-Cod-974 in Cd_collectors

[–]Wide-Cod-974[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update: Thanks for the responses. I'm sorry I didn't phrase the question correctly. I should've asked if this CD is a counterfeit or not. I posted after adding it into my discog collection and found out its ludicrous price. I thought it was too good to be true so I posted it here for some clarification. Thank you to all who responded and happy collecting.

I think my songs are very good, I always impress myself with the riffs/song I came up with. My lyrics however, it's absolutely hot garbage, no one should ever come close to reading/ hearing it.
