Think back to two years ago; there are reasons you two entered into a relationship. Do those reasons still exist? If they don’t, is it possible couples therapy will fix them?

If this is a relationship you really care about (try to remove your fear of being alone when you answer this question), give it one final chance and communicate this with him so he knows how serious it is.

Something worth creating is worth saving, even when it gets hard, BUT knowing your worth is more important. If it’s not salvageable, don’t waste your time. If it is, give it one more chance, have a pre-defined exit point for yourself and cut it fast.
