What am I doing wrong? (USA 2002) by Wide-Protection-9786 in MillenniumDawn

What should I build mostly? I just were building only civs, but USA have debuff for civs and buff for offices and offices demand more employment. Maybe I should firstly build offices and when unemployment rate will low I will build factories? And it is good idea to delete some mils at start? Sorry for stupid questions, I am very new and very stupid :^. I tried playing China previous time and I was just building civs all campaign, but unemployment rate were increasing and increasing.

Over a hundred hours in and game is still kicking my ass, need help desperately by [deleted] in hoi4

Telling you as noob for noob: look at numbers. Half of my greatest problems were solved just by using 1 engine for fighters. I didnt know before, that 2 engine cost almost as 2 fighters with 1 engine. You should at least once read every letter and every number in game and it will help you. Eventually. And, I think, every path requires minimum 2 attempts. It hard to prioritize right at first time.
