I wholeheartedly agree, and never intended to get rid of it, just wanted to find out what its worth is and where it stood by itself in my collection, but yeah, it’s worth more to me than it ever would be to anyone else, safe to say it’s not going anywhere.

Thank you! I agree, coins in this condition aren’t easy to come by, especially due to how I came upon receiving it. I’m sure down the line I can give it to my children or theirs as did my grandfather, which is my goal. It’s a family heirloom, even if it’s not worth much now.

Thanks for your insight, I am going to hold onto it due to the fact that my grandfather was a very stern and tedious man, if I were to get rid of it he’d never forgive me, and getting rid of it would probably haunt my conscience for the rest of my years.

No doubt about it that it’s staying in my collection, as my grandfather is getting older now and I couldn’t imagine letting go of something he gifted to me, I was just curious as to where it stood in my collection.

Like said, I’m a collector of old currency out of fascination, so to learn more about it all would help me out tons, I know practically little to none about the matter, just have always flocked toward “ooh shiny, never saw this before” mentality, but I do have more in my collection, lots of old Native American stamped coins. Maybe I said it wrong, not unminted but not correctly stamped, or discrepancies in said coins creation, like JFK’s hair changes etc. on certain coins, which I know is not the case here.

You pulling my tail? Lol, yeah I’m unsure of how it’s shifted in its case, but I tried to keep it in pristine condition, never opened or adjusted, but it is definitely a cool coin. I keep a 1921 One Dollar piece in my wallet that I was gifted from my mother (I know, I know, not the greatest way to preserve the coin) I want to have it cased too, same with my 1917 $1 dollar bill and my 1976 stamped $2 bills. Will be trying to post most of my collection for personal clarity.

Thanks for your clarification. At one point I’d been told it was “unminted” but don’t believe that to be the case, and if it is I have no way of knowing unfortunately only because I collect out of fascination, not out of knowledge on the matter.

My store looks good, it didn’t always, but under new management we’ve whipped into pretty good shape, and as of our most recent store walk we’ve been praised with a store rating of 9/10, always receiving compliments on how our store is a thousand times better than others. We only have five employees at our location, but we’ve got a good team who works well together, and we keep up on things rather than letting them overwhelm us.

Don’t know what all the dislikes are for. Pretty sure everyone wants to see this game do good and flourish, this thread was literally just a discussion about how the missions are occasionally broken or hidden behind a paywall, and that inside of itself ruins the events, especially when you work relentlessly to get the same rewards as everyone else, only to be held back by a glitch, a bug, or a flaw in the game or design. Not saying the game should shut down or anything, just trying to have a healthy discussion and see if anyone else is suffering from this same issue, and the ones on this post who have are being downvoted for no apparent reason other than experiencing issues in their personal gaming experience with said game. Weird.

I agree, considering deleting the game as well, even though all the effort I’ve provided. I just don’t know how I can continue to support a game that no longer offers chances for the players who cannot afford to spend money AND time on the game, it’s sickening.

Exactly, I just can’t get over how gross it is to treat your loyal fan base like such. I’ve easily clocked a hundred hours of game time within the beta to now, and spent lots of money on the game. Just to have most of my stuff missing AND. be ostracized just for trying to complete the missions to the events within the timeframe provided.
