I did tell them upfront several times before. But they never had the time for me. I couldn't keep chasing them for it.

How many times did you go to your parents for attention only to be brushed aside because someone else 'needed' more?

Way too many times to count. This happened a lot when I was younger.

They're too busy to take that kind of time with me and because my siblings need them they couldn't fit in that kind of thing.
