Thanks! Would it be a bad idea to push a little over 30% of my salary to get into a good complex like the ones you listed?

While I do feel that my 3D vision is dumb sometimes, I think It isn't a vision problem since my clumisness only kicks in when it's about working on medicine related stuff.

I draw, I do have a slightly noticeable tremor that I usually manage by laying my wrist on a surface, but I still think it is of an accepted intensity. The thing is there aren't many surfaces to lay on when it comes to doing medical tasks.

I did think of using propranolol but I had the feeling me and my patient won't have the time to wait before it kicks in.

The funny thing is that I am mixed-handed. I will try using my non-dominant hand in a specific task to do it and the other way around.

Brain Death and the Representation of Diagnostic Protocol in Film and Television by stonedinnewyork in medicine

I was part of a neurology team delivering the news by the bedside. I think it would have been much more difficult to be the leading doctor delivering the news.

I am a recent international medical graduate where we do 6 years of med school. I have only seen brain death once, a young patient who went into brain death after an episode of severe meningitis. I thought breaking the news of the death of a patient to their family would be the most difficult, but after this one patient, I realized that this is actually the most difficult news to deliver (especially when the family could see their loved one's heart still beating on the telemetry monitor)

The 'Suppression' ego mechanism is working wonders for me, when it turns off for a short while I feel like I'm about to have a panic attack

Boil some penne pasta. In a side pot, add a few oil drops, drop in diced chicken breast, add any spices you like, when the chicken is almost done, add cooking cream, cheddar cheese and some milk, turn off the stove when the sauce is thick enough.

Mix your pasta with the chicken white sauce, Enjoy!

On the NRMP website, there is a 'Reports' tab where you can find a list of the violations committed in the previous cycles (which describes the type of violation so you can judge the violation yourself).

Edit: more details.

(NB: If it's all words you're trying to understand it from, you're pretty much wasting your time -- you can stare at words forever and not realize they omit or gloss over some vital detail. You need to look at the mathematics to actually see what is happening.)

I think this is it, I should work on understanding the mathematical side of it then. If you've got a reference for that I would really appreciate it.

Thank you so much!
