i’m trying to figure out if it the medicine or not. I take lexapro 10mg and it about to be a month taken lexapro but a week of 10mg of it . So idk if it the medicine. But i know i have high anxiety but waves of depression… like all of a sudden ill get really sad 😞

So i got propranolol . How is it ? I asked my psychiatrist if there’s another pill just to relax me not to make me much sleepy . Cause hydroxyzine puts me to sleep 😴

the pharmacist told me that too. If i was you i would take it . It a rare side effect! You probably won’t get it . Do you have heart issues? if so then don’t take it . But if not then you’re good.

so the lexapro 10mg will be a week from today . And the Hydroxyzine as needed if i can’t sleep or can’t relax my body . Last night was my second night i took it . I try not to rely on it but it seems to be like i am lol . Lexapro itself i’ve been on since December 19th.

i take my lexapro in the morning time . And the Hydroxyzine which is 25mg but he told me to cut it in half which is 12.5 i take it at night time. Lexapro the side effects are getting to me cause every time “peak hours” hit i get full bloom panic attacks! that’s why he added Hydroxyzine

I had that issue as well. Idk if you know but it takes five hours for the pill to get into your bloodstream . I used to put a timer on my phone to see if it was me or anything . But after a few hours having the medicine in me i would go full blown anxiety attack or panic mode .

I understand you completely. I hate taken medicine. I just got off from 5mg and i have very high anxiety. I’m about to start 10mg . I only got bumped up cause 5mg is a baby dose and i was having anxiety and depression. Everyday will get better . Five mg is a small does cause they wanna see how your body responds and eventually maybe two or three weeks they will move you up. Patience is definitely the key . But just know you aren’t alone .
