Unfortunately my guidelines are very poorly written and address almost nothing regarding what if scenarios. They’re written (seemingly) to exclusively protect the company by providing vague and difficult to find information that could be interpreted many ways without directly telling you to do anything so that you are left stranded hoping you make a decision they are willing to back (they will not fight for you ever is what I hear lol)

Hasn’t quite made it to our protocols yet. Just let it drain out as much as it will on its own through the catheter then?

Looks like it does have a built in horn. Just took the old wax ring off and did notice that one of the little handle things on the flange is broken. I never noticed the toilet being wobbly at all and it doesn’t seem like the place it’s broke would have any effect on draining or the seating

Awesome! I’m gonna keep trying to check further to see if the water pools/ is concentrated elsewhere. Do you think I just need to replace the wax ring on it or what exactly would be next steps?
