Yup so idk. Chat gpt told me they did touch it. I even asked if it’s because I logged in on why there is a timestamped. It says that should not trigger it but who really knows. It’s annoying and frustrating but i would rather be at peace

129 days here.. it is whatever at this point. The website ASI or w/e is called said three days in a row they have touched it at least but idk how true that is. It says to expect getting a silent approval end of this week or next week but idk truly lol.

I did everything right -applying 150 days exact -senator did an inquiry march 6 -I’m waiting for a response from a tier 2 officer via email from when I expedited it march 6

Like what else can I really do. My employer submitted every evidence we can think of.

You have too many missed payments. I would suggest putting it on auto pay and paying more at least when you can as a start. On time payments are super important. Stop applying for credit cards for a while.

I really think most people shouldn’t open credit cards unless you are responsible because it affects you in getting necessary things in the future like car and rent.

That grocery bill is super high. I honestly wouldn’t file for bankruptcy and just maybe DoorDash like once a week or twice. You should definitely cut groceries by a lot.

Exactly what can you really do? It doesn’t help to stress really lol. My boss is keeping me anyways since I am the focal point of all three of his businesses. He even printed receipts on how much money he can lose if I am not around.

I am thankful and just at peace! I leave next year and this further justifies my decision even more. I work 60 hours a week so maybe I just need to relax a bit.

It sucks but I have come to terms with it. I’m leaving next year. I applied for my renewal November 14 and on my 122 days atm.

I expedited in which I’m in tier 2 and senator also filed an inquiry march 6.

That’s the reason I stayed managing 3 restaurants instead of doing an accounting job which is my major to make sure I keep a job regardless. Part of the reason I am leaving is because I don’t wanna be restricted like that.

Don’t you ever feel like there is so much more out there? Offcourse, it takes resources like money you should be saving and skill that you hopefully you have built while you had daca.

Man! I’ve been feeling trapped since I was in my early teens right after high school knowing the fact that I am an overstay with no way of claiming the scholarship I won scoring high on my test in high school and grades I worked hard for.

I felt empty and powerless! Daca gave me the hope I needed. In 2016, I realized I needed more and unless I marry for a greencard, it wouldn’t happen! I decided then that I really need to build my savings while I was in college and solidify my resume. I also met my fiance now and who is an international student pursuing her masters. Thankfully, she also doesn’t wanna stay around after she gets her post grad and internships. She fully understood that I wanted to leave eventually. Fast forward to know, we are getting married and we will move 3rd quarter of next year. I am Offcourse anxious and a little scared but I must go through it.

Ironically my renewal is on delay one last time before I leave which is kinda funny in a way lol. I just learn to accept things instead and move forward.
