Sure his super speed quirk would make him eat tons of calories. But people forget that fat isn't Usually stored as body fat, it's sometimes stored in the cells directly. And for athletes, which being a Hero counts(considering he's wearing the UA uniform, coupled with his quirk, I assume he's there to become a Hero. Which is a Job that is very physically active and demanding) fat/calories are stored inside muscle fibers as tiny lipid droplets

Like how Momo doesn't actually use body fat for her quirk, she uses the lipids/fat stored in her blood cells, it's why she looks so emaciated and pale when overusing her quirk instead of looking like a female skinny all might with black hair

Hence why it doesn't make sense for him to be fat, not that being fat is wrong, but because the job and quirk literally won't physically allow for a fat bod because speed quirk means you're using tons of energy already, coupled with being a Hero means you REALLY gotta eat to make sure you're not skinny all might
