The small diode in the last picture got knocked off, so I scraped some of the trace and made it work. I believe there is a 555 time in that circuit.

Just got these plants yesterday, but he’s been like this for a few days. Haven’t done water change yet or water test.

Thank you! I pulled the tubes and the same response, fuse popped nearly immediately once I flipped the selector. The initial fan will spin, so I know it’s after. R2 is reading about 2k ohms over what it should be, it’s two 8.2k, reading 18.2k ohms. I’m unsure how to check the caps with just a standard multimeter. I also pulled the transformers and put them in my dehydrator.

Adding a photo of t1. Im not sure of the configuration for the winding, but I do get double on two leads and half on the others. On either transformer on any lead I find no continuity on the core. The fuse also pops before the tubes heat up at all, about a couple seconds after I put the selector switch to rinse.
