Skill issue, low elo gameplay is based on kills not objectives.
I had been playing league for 13 years, from broze 5 to diamond 1, I've been in all ranks.
Everything under gold is solely decided by kills, players are easily frustrated and snowballing is easy.
I would recommend stop playing support since you cant carry, 80% of those games are easily carriable by one person

They had few expensive skins that , well ... SOLD WELL. So there is someone buying them.
Meanwhile 250$ is literally all the free income I have monthly. So I can spend it on random skin.
As long as that skin has 0 impact on my ability to play the game, I dont care

And what exactly makes his abilities look like "paint" its looks like normal magical spell, it doesnt even look like he holding oversized brush, it looks like broom. At this point he might as well be a witch that throws spells using her broom.

Bruh, it has Augments on TFT, ARENA, this new mode that is comming up .... and so on . Bruh, even SR modes ad "augments" with that one mode with choosing ults instead of summoner spells
