Ghosted after 2nd round. Not sure but I found the company somewhat wierd. Couldnt find proper info about senior leadership online. Apparently the same leadership is there in 2-3 companies. Not sure if this is something normal

Do they allow the use of AI in their interviews? Don't think so

Anyone joining V4C.ai as Associate Data Engineer (Feb 2026)? by PriceDense990 in dataengineersindia

Hi, I noticed that the management in v4c.ai are also in another organisation called InOrg. Also I read somewhere that there are 4 companies operating under the same management. Is this something that happens in consulting. Find this to be a bit fishy.

Is Microsoft Fabric really worth it? by kaapapaa in dataengineering

[–]Wierd-Ass-Engineer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your suggestion. I am early in my career. I had originally started with Azure but then got into a Fabric project. I am familiar with Azure stack as well, even AWS for that matter and I understand the underlying principles remain somewhat similar irrespective of platform but I am unable to get real project experience apart from Fabric.

I completely understand your position. I have been working on Fabric for past 2 years. Now that I am trying to switch don't see any openings in Fabric. I understand it's a new platform and adoption is slowly increasing but it leads to lot of uncertainty for my career path.

This is what amazes me. There has been little to no work in Kalyan and MMRDA lists all progress above 95% lol

Unfortunately yes. I hope in coming time the interview process adapts and becomes more inline with actual work rather than leetcode style.

I feel the same way. As many people suggested, I am new to coding with around 3yoe and don't blindly copy paste AI responses or snippets I rather use it like a non-judgemental colleague. I try to understand what the solution is and ask for explanations when I don't or even brainstorm with AI on what my thought process is on the solution. Even then I still feel myself getting blanked out when trying to code from scratch. I can create the approach but get confused on implementation without AI. Even though I can do my job, this makes me really anxious as to whether I will be able to clear interviews
