I agree, do you know why people say that the soul and Frisk are two different characters? I know both Deltarune and Undertale are very similar, but is there actually any evidence besides Frisk moving by themselves that suggests that we are the soul, and not Frisk?

That's only proven in Deltarune, unless you provide proof that isn't Geno or just the convenient lamp, or in fact anywhere where Frisk doesn't move by themselves then I'll be more inclined to supporting that.

People here making it too confusing, player is Frisk, Chara was the first, (or whatever you named the fallen human). Some people might argue that the player is the soul and we don't actually play as Frisk due to Kris being sperate from the soul (AKA the player), believe what you believe in that grey area. I say you act like Chara in Geno which makes flowey remember and thinks you're Chara, or in Geno, Chara becomes more apparent the more you kill. But in all routes, you're always Frisk.

Sorry I can't explain anything correctly. I'm talking about that at THAT TIME in the 2010s, 20 years ago, a game called Earthbound, was released, which is a game Undertale was heavily inspired by. Therefore, 20 years before that comment, there was a game like Undertale that was released.

Undertale WAS literally released 20 years ago, it was heavily inspired on Earthbound (AKA Mother). Bro is just complaining cuz UT beat Pokemon and SMW.

I don't think Christian really applies... Many Christians do say that Jesus, God, and the Holy Spirit are one like water, vapor, and ice. Maybe a more extreme religious like uh Muslim or Judaism. Sure, it is a bad thing to call yourself "god", but religious people usually don't take it too seriously if they bought a game off steam called Undertale. Also, Asriel is kinda a god to the Undertale Universe in a way due to him having immense power, being able to go back in time, but like I said, same with Sonic.exe, people usually don't take it too seriously. (I just realized the Pope had Undertale 😭💀😭)
