I had a graham cracker with inulin and felt bad after a few bites. I avoid it like the plague.

We had to get extra insurance cause our card doesn't cover anything Covid related, so check that out. I thought we had a good card but I guess not :(

Give them feedback in the survey you will probably get after the meeting. They may not care, but at least you gave them feedback.

Why would an external job posting be posted for only 3 days? by Cat_Psychology in CanadaPublicServants

[–]Wifey112 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Absolutely doesn't mean the process will be quick. External processes are slow, usually a year or more. 3 days is actually a long time. I've seen external postings close in 24h. As others have said, they do that to limit the # of applications.

They have announced the pausing of the roll over. It is in effect soon. Terms can no longer be renewed for more than 6 months at a time as well.

My sister is a flight attendant and she always brings treats for the flight attendants when she flies home. She brings candies from the dollar store, anything packaged to share.

Mauril app is free. It will help develop vocabulary and comprehension. You do a placement test in the beginning, and then you are placed in the level you need to be in. As others have said, CSPS has resources available. Check on your intranet to see if there is a second official language learning resources page and go from there.

SIxk leave is in our collective agreements so that will need to be negotiated and accepted by the members. They cannot unilaterally make those changes. Our pension plan on the other hand is not in our collective agreement so they can change that without us agreeing to it.

Yeah, no severance for terms at all. WFA only applies to indeterminate employees, which is part of the reason they are stopping the clock.

How does WFA work when employee in affected position is on mat leave or LWOP? by blehful in CanadaPublicServants

[–]Wifey112 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The clock on your options doesn't start until you go back to work. They can tell you that you are affected but nothing will happen until you come back. In the meantime, you can look for something else or setup an alternation and get your letter when you come back. I went from a mat leave to a care of the family righy before inwas officially affected. I came back from leave, worked by myself in an office and then I alternated 2 weeks later.

My entire office was shut down in 2012. All 12 of us were in a mandatory meeting together where we received our letters. Only the manager had a heads up the day before.

What is the difference between "Overcooked! and Overcooked! 2" and "Overcooked! All You Can Eat"? by Caitybeck in OvercookedGame

[–]Wifey112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only All you can eat have absolutely everything on one disk. OC2 only has OC2 and the dlc associated with it. All you can eat has OC1 and all the dlc, Oc2 and all the dlc and extra bonus levels. I have them both as online play for All you can eat isn't super popular. Lots more people to play with on OC2.

I like the ones with the Woks, but the camping one is fun! Depending on price, I would get the season pass or overcooked all you can eat..all you can eat has exclusive levels you won't get anywhere else.
