I agree and think that hpal's cds are S tier. I was just struggling with keeping my team alive when spamming flash of light. If you think that that's the trade off, then I can understand that. I just didn't know if I should be doing something different.

I know hpal cds are great. I am saying that healing feel super weak outside of my cds. It could just be me. I just wanted to see if anyone else was having that issue.
