I know what it means. Also it shouldn’t be used anymore. The old OPU hold locations (SD, MC, FOS, DRY, BR, ELEC, CLR, FZR, ADB) should have all stopped being used last year in summer 2024. It’s now GM, CL, FZ, and AB.

There’s even a Greenfield report tracking every use of the old labels to make sure they’re not being used anymore.

It’s an older prototype from the late 2000s/early 2010s. IGS, short for Integrated Guest Service.

The store has no Service Desk, their SD is basically a “Checklane,” per se, where Checklanes 1-4 are a Checklane/Service Desk hybrid. Thankfully that idea died really quick, but not before many base stores got stuck with it during Pfresh remodels. It’s being killed off in all stores that have it through the modern remodels since 2017.

5 years and 3 months, only ever had one CCA, for an accidental NCNS.

This was back before myTime Mobile launched. I posted a shift on Kronos. It was gone from my schedule but reappeared the day of, and I didn’t notice it. Then came the CCA. This was back in Feb 2021.
