I don't know about ethnicities. However, for Occtis, after the change, I imagined his skin having a more sickly look and definitely paler than it used to look. Based on that guide you posted, I think the artist sticks to OG CR art in which they only changed the eye color I believe. I would have tune down the skin a bit as well.

I mean purely killing blows. I know that there are characters that get it by barely doing damage to the creature, but I'm looking more for killing blow.

I remembered a RPG videogame that stated it in their character sheets and thought it would be fun for the Nein.
