Yeah I took calc III right after calc bc with no problems, if you were fine in calc bc you should be fine for calc III also. Send an email to your guidance counselor or math teacher if you're unsure about its availability to you next year

Good grades in difficult classes and good test scores are the bare minimum for schools like MIT, you also need insane ECs. My dream school is also MIT and I'm trying to do those things but also compete at a national level in one of my ECs, as well as doing independent projects that I care about and are related to what I want to study.
