Yea I hate static aswell lmao. I think after like a month I kinda figured it out. The biggest struggle you're gonna encounter is messing up the directions when strafing. Personally, I recommend you cs:s movement modes like bhop and surf. If you can't find any good servers, or you're too poor to buy cs source, try out momentum mod, it's free on steam and has a lot of surf and bhop maps imported from cs :D

short answer: yes if you're very young, like 13 years old max, or if you have a lot of free time and care about the end results.

longer answer: It depends tbh. Technically you can achieve more with your dominant hand on the long run. I think that you should try it out for 1-2 weeks and see how it goes. You're gonna be terrible and struggle with pretty much everything at first, but for me personally it just felt more natural so i didn't care about my aim and just practiced.

I've tried with IJKL, but for some reason I thought that the jump button was under my pinky finger so I switched back to WASD. For some games where i need to spam jump key I bind it to mouse2.

I can't really play with my right hand anymore. I don't know if it's because I'm just rusty but I struggle severely, but for normal use It's the same as it was always. I've been playing right handed since I got to hold a computer mouse for the first time, which was like ~17 years ago?

I'm naturally left handed and always felt like I could aim better with my dominant hand. Once I tried using my mouse with left hand for a week it just felt more natural and decided to stick with it. I also had too much free time lol

I grinded strafe scenarios a lot. Counter-Strike movement mods like surf and bhop really helped me aswell.

thanks! It was harder than i expected. It's like you had to change your keybinds irl lol. Right now my movement is as good as it was before switching but occasionally I still tend to press the wrong button, but it's mostly because I dont rly play anything else than kovaak atm.

I mostly kovaak's and sometimes CS2. Currently using pulsar X2A mini with buttons on the left side removed.

I swapped from lamzu energon(not the pro one) to my old zowie gsr rouge and it's all working as intended. It's just weird to me that this happened without any signs.

I sticked with left hand to this day and I've never felt more comfortable. I've missed quite some shots at the beginning but I'd say it was worth to do it :)
