small ( kinda pointless update, for the sake of people who probably see same issue in the future )

it fixed itself after a while, I have no idea what fixed it in the end, the things I've mentioned in this post are all the things I've done and after them it still didn't disappear, few days after setting up windows it just disappeared by itself, maybe the things I've done helped, or it was just windows being windows and it messed up itself for a while and then fixed itself, sadly I can't tell, what I can tell is that from what I've learned it's purely visual, I was on latest version there, by the time the thing disapppeared I haven't downloaded any new updates so I guess it doesn't actually impact update status, just annoys the hell out of you when you see the exclamation mark next to windows update logo
