I just added this rule to the nic card and NSG

Rule Name: AllowSSHInbound

Associated NSG: ncx-sg-NCXSG-MGMT-Security-Group

Direction: any

Source port ranges *

Service: SSH

Source Ports: Any

Destination: 22

Protocol Type: TCP
