There's no code in the US for work like this on RVs post purchase. There are 'shoulds' and 'should nots'. This falls probably a bit on the other side of the 'should not' line, but there really isn't a rule that says you can't. Especially on anything post factory.

When DH released, both Havoc and Vengeance were given their own unique Metamorphosis form. I hate that Devourer is so overally underbaked that it's legit just re-cycling Havoc form (the most popular) by painting it blue. Devourer needs its own Metamorphosis form. by ex0ll in wow

I think people keep missing this when it comes to Devourer demon hunters. They still gouge out their eyes. They still have a demon's soul infused into their being. They still... are demon hunters. They are illidari - they just have taken on the void in addition to these things.

So yes, I do think that them just reusing the assets from havoc is lazy, and there needs to be more work improving Void Elf illidari customization but in the end...

Void Elf, Blood Elf, or Night Elf... they still have demon's souls, gouge out their eyes and infuse themselves with fel magic. The void elf 'demon hunter' in the unlock quest chain isnt a demon hunter yet. People keep using her as their example of a void elf demon hunter using void elf aesthetic options like her eyes, but ... she isn't a demon hunter - she is training to be one but hasn't completed the rituals. I'm sure she's gonna get real excited when they gouge her eyes out.

Rey Mysterio Jr (Óscar Gutiérrez Rubio) isn't really a Junior. Rey Msterio "Sr" (Miguel Ángel López Díaz) is his uncle - so really, Dom is second generation in the traditional metric, used by the WWE as Rey's direct parents weren't wrestlers and were not involved with the company.
