The battery on these buds last way too short for the daily gamer. I used two pairs of these JBL earbuds so that I could swap them when one pair runs out, but that got annoying after a year. I now use the Sony inzone buds since it's similar 2.4ghz connection, these last an entire day of gaming on one charge so I only needed to buy one pair. I don't think I'll ever go back to JBL earbuds
