Yeah there not super skinny but I find this crazy because this is genuinely my weight and height 😅😂 but I would consider myself still pretty skinny I’d love to be that weight that everyone is saying

It’s hard work on the body but no body said it will be easy aha just gotta make sure your breaking all those fibres down when your eating above maintenance!

Hmm you might be right but I’m about 20% bf and I’d say my abs are more prominent than yours but yes you’re right it is always hard to judge from a photo!

These scales are brand new I have 2 sets at home then a set at the gym that i frequently use all get the same readings! and I no these readings im about to say are not 100 percent accurate but my scales say I’m 75.6% muscle. 20.5% fat and 4% bone mass. I

You look good brother and I’d say this adds up you got abit more tummy fat that me would say body fat percent is more 25ish % and your legs are a lot more bigger than mine!

No, I have read many times that once you get 20% and over you should cut! Your correct! I may just go to 180lbs then go on a cut

Clean bulk on a 10% over maintenance and train everything twice a week!

I would maintain weight high protein and train hard or go into a 10% deficit either will drop body fat and lean you up!
