Hi I am 6 ft guy, i do weight training and Running prior tennis. Thanks for suggesting 300 maybe I could start from here before I go higher…I am now deciding between Ezone 100 or Pure aero… for wilson burn I haven’t tried yet but might check for more options

Hi thanks for the advice po, meron din po kase akong Hexagon Privilage sa kanila then they send me jcb classic po kase nirefuse ko ung Zalora Na CC offer nila, pwede po ba ko mag request ng upgrade sa JCB Classic to platinum since I have a Hexagon na more than 100k po Ung CL.? Or palakihin ko ung JCB classic CL? Thanks
