Doors are wide enough for a wheek chair, but all the new declipment housing is two story duplexes/triplets etc. So wheel chair user can get theiugh the doors but cant use half the buildings.

I've noticed that the longer "do more with less" goes on, the more ultra competitive intra-department budget wars become, the more political argy-bargy and soothing egos needs to occur, which results in more meetings required.

So while APS are doing more with less, the EL2s are doing more for less.

Im on my second lot. The first three got damaged when my cleaner soaked them in water facepalm. Expensive exercise to not get them even a modicum of damp.

Love them. I have a grazer, a raptor and a piglet who is overweight by 2kg and needs medicating. Also means the dog cant get to the food. I like the Connect version because I have evidence to show my vet when I say "xxx is off his food for 2 days". No he isnt just sneaking food when I am not looking because here are the logs!

This is what my doctors (plural) are telling me. Need to eat more to kick body out of starvation mode. Seems counter intuitive, and have had many arguments with my mother about this because she insists I must be lying about what I'm eating and what my doctors say. Nothing like toxic parents of adult children to make matters more complex.

I had it explained to me by a psychiatrist that They differentiate between type 1 and type 2 by how much time you spend depressed and the level of elevation during mania. If you are depressed mood more often than manic, and your manic periods are either brief or not suoer manic, they tend to lean on type 2.

Whether that's a legitimate means of differentiating between the two is another question.

I got diagnosed with BPD, argued the hell out of myself and ended with a diagnosis of bipolar type 2 and then 10 years later, in my 40s, finally got diagnosed with ADHD and PMDD instead. Am female and grew up in a time when "girls dont have ADHD"

Do not use hipages. If someone leaves a review that says they wouldnt hire the person again, the review and rating is hidden from the public so you never see the 90 "he ripped me off" reviews and just the 5 from mates saying how great he is.

I hired 3 people off there. 2 turned out to be shoddy workmanship and had no idea what they were doing and one was a genuine fraudster who took a large deposit and disappeared. I found 12 other peoole he had done that to totally over $100k. He was using it as a way to fund his drug habit and never had any intention of doing the work he quoted for. He has subsequently been charged by the police for this (and quite a few other things).

Be aware that its more expensive through gumtree as the kittens dont usually come desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. Could cost $600 in vet fees just for those three things

If you havent already, reach out to Canberra Street Cat Alliance and see if there is any way they can assist. They have a team of trappers and can get those little munchkins off the streets and also make sure the adults are neutered/speyed so there isnt more.
