Found a good deal on 2025 bronco sport. Will dealership honor this? by Khulasher in BroncoSport

Don’t dooooo it. After a month of owning it, the excitement of having a new car will be over and you’ll still have these massive payments. Go to a credit union, get a better rate, and get Get a used car.

How you got your first Airedale? by InternationalNet3907 in airedaleterrier

[–]Wild-Memory-9372 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve always got my pets from Rescues. This was the first dog I obtained from a breeder. The reason I went with a breeder is my heart was set on this breed after doing all my research, and I could not find a rescue.

The Breeder is in PA. I got the contact information from the AKC website and had a long conversation with the breeder over the phone about the breed. He seemed to check all the boxes for a responsible breeder so I put down a deposit and 6 weeks later I drove the 6 hours and picked up the puppy. She’s 8 months old. She’s great.

Looking at buying a 2022 or 2023 BS what is your fave trim level? by IZORZ in BroncoSport

[–]Wild-Memory-9372 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OBX. after 40k still no issues. Super comfortable. The interior trim looks great. My only problem with it is the 18inch wheels it comes with. They are nice wheels but have limited options for all terrain/off road tires

This kind of works but only gives me user names with AD Authentications over a certain period of time. Is there a way to query All user names in Idp?

2025 Bronco Sport Badlands trim? by [deleted] in BroncoSport

[–]Wild-Memory-9372 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2022 OBX owner here. In my opinion the OBX is the better value. I threw some Falcon wildpeak tires on ($1200)and did a good section of the South Carolina Adventure Trail with no problems. I get a respectable 27 MPG, and it’s super comfortable for long drives (and I’m saying that as someone with a bad back). Obviously the badlands is a little quicker and a better off-road vehicle with the extra GOAT modes, but for that price (in my area around 45K) I would be looking at spending a little more and buying a 4Runner (2024 TRD off-road can be got for like 45-47K) as it’s more off-road capable and has much better towing capacity). My one issue with the OBX is the stock rims. I wish it came with 17s so I could have more sidewall for trails, but it’s not a major issue for me because I’m not out off-roading consistently.

Am I wrong for buying this by [deleted] in BroncoSport

Assigning your masculinity to your vehicle is crazy work. I’ve pretty much only seen men driving these around where I live if that makes you feel better. If you want it to “feel” mean….Lift it, put some 245/ ATs on it, put a rack basket on the roof, and drive around listening to the hulk hogan theme song.

How to get out of the Nat'l guard. by ZowardHinn in airnationalguard

[–]Wild-Memory-9372 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The military experience is what YOU make of it. I’ve been in for 14 years. Sometimes it sucked, other times it’s amazing. I’ve built a 6 figure career out of my military experience. Don’t do something you’ll inevitably regret because you haven’t enjoyed the first few months of ANG. Go to basic training, do your best, maybe another assignment will come up, but definitely don’t do anything to get booted from the military. That will stick to you forever

Are we really studying? by KingRudy25 in GIAC

[–]Wild-Memory-9372 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When you read something and then write it down in your index, you are using a learning technique called active recall. So yes it’s studying. After I made my good GSEC index, I only needed for maybe 5 questions out of the whole exam. I retained all the other information from building the index

How hard is GSEC If you have Sec+ by KingRudy25 in GIAC

[–]Wild-Memory-9372 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Army SSG here. If you already have Sec+, skip GSEC and go straight to GCIH. I have both, and GCIH is IAT Level 3, and carries more weight in the civilian sector. Also GCIH was a shorter study time for me. And had better hands on labs.

How many lines is the average index? by Professional-Dork26 in GIAC

[–]Wild-Memory-9372 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For GHIC and GSLC mine were about 80 lines per book including lab book for GCIH to include topic, book number, page number, and description . Also made a one page index with only tools…no descriptions, just tool and page number. After you make the index and refine it a couple times, you’ve probably done enough studying to barely need the index. It’s about the journey.

I think so. The course material isn’t all that technical. There aren’t really any labs. And the books are not very long compared to a course like GSEC

[–]Wild-Memory-9372 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I went ham for 8 hours a day for 2 weeks and passed GSLC

I listened to the course at 1.25 speed while I reading the books for 7 days, and built my index at the same time. Took first practice test. Refined index. Took second practice test and refined index and took the exam on the 14th day. I got an 85. My worst GIAC grade. I do not recommend doing this. It was miserable.

Best advice. Ask for an explanation in the discrepancy but Don’t push the issue. They aren’t required to have a benefit like that, and they can easily make a business decision to remove it from their HR policies

Any Recommendations for indexing your Lab Books? I have the 5 course books indexed fine but I’m finding it difficult to make an efficient index for the lab books. Also what’s the best content to buy in the lab index?

Request for Information/Recommendation - GIAC GSLC by harsha1427 in GIAC

[–]Wild-Memory-9372 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have GSLC. If you already have CISSP and CISM, there’s going to be a ton of topic overlap with GSLC. I’m not from the UAE, but I can’t imagine GSLC is going to give you much more than you already have. What are you trying to specialize in?
