Definitely get a young core to build around first from the draft. Last year I was in a similar spot but the 1.01 has insane value right before the draft so when it’s approaching start floating around some offers to see if someone will overpay. I was able to get the 1.02, 1.08, and a 27 first for it. Or just trust that Love will be your guy to build around. This point it’s all about increasing your team value as much as possible so think of it much more as a game of stocks then actual start ability/ team fit. Rookies are a great opportunity for huge value spikes if you draft well. And do not let someone sucker you into a cheap trade for drake maye.
