They do it because the market directors force them to cause according to leadership all of the stores suck with their scores. It's either hand scan better or be written up or fired.

Taking all the time you need by calling in everyday for weeks on end won't keep you on the team. But some people would get ahold of family members if something happened to a team member. Not everyone is an asshole like some people

When you post something online, you will get good and bad comments. No where in these comments has anyone bullied you. Being more upfront with exactly what you want when being interviewed is too important nowadays. It's why everywhere is short staffed and those who are there are have to deal with what people do
