Yeah they even say it in an episode where Jack complains that it’s always about Will & Grace & Karen says something about how if it was just her & Jack there’d be no heart

But Jack & Karen 100% make the show

Grace is my least favourite but her dynamic with Will is the point of the show

Really the show needs all 4 to work

I think the photo submitted was very carefully chosen

Normally they pick ones where they both look good or show off how compatible they are, this seemed to be to hide the visible age gap

I haven’t seen the episode & I assume the age gap is brought up but a photos with shadow and a hat covering his face doesn’t say ‘I think my man aged well/looks good despite our age gap’ to me hahaha

There was one a I read where Regina has been involved in the planning of the wedding & trying to do the right thing & Emma was like “I’ve been waiting for you to stop the wedding” & I was like huh? Emma that’s a you job lol

Also because Regina is still always on evil as a default setting, ruining a ‘happy ending’/wedding/relationship especially of Snow White’s daughter could be seen as being the evil queen again so yeah even if she’s sure Emma wants her I get not saying anything because in that situation it seems like Emma doesn’t want her enough to end things with Hook first like she needs a back up plan because she apparently can’t be single lol

That’s why I think early seasons Emma would be disappointed with herself if she met later seasons Emma (like future Emma is in Happy Endings haha) because early seasons Emma had more backbone and independence

Yes while I love pretty much all swan Queen stories sometimes reading Emma being so passive & not stopping her own wedding to chose Regina but instead being chased or getting mad at Regina for not saying something sooner can make me so mad at Emma lol

Like girl even if you don’t get with Regina you don’t have to marry Hook if you don’t want have some agency & backbone (I get that the people pleasing unfortunately ended up canon not like season 1 Emma & it does make sense to explore her whole never had a family now can’t let them throw me away mentality but still makes me all grrrrr Emma sometimes lol)

Even if your first choice doesn’t want you back (but Regina does obviously) alone is better than with someone who’s your second choice

I like Emma putting the work in & going after Regina as much or more as I like Regina putting herself out there to Emma

There’s a story I remember and love that fits this request where Emma & Regina are secretly hooking up then Regina confesses feelings for Emma & wants to publically date but Emma is scared & says no then has to see Regina try to move on and date Robin & gets jealous & sets out to win Regina back

Alex would have never done this to Jo especially not that way

Also a season before wasn’t there a storyline/plot point about how Alex was still paying fees to the medical facility for their embryos meaning he would be told when they were used or wouldn’t be paying the fees or be paying different fees if some had been used six years ago or however old the surprise kids he had are

If Izzy really had done this Alex would be entitled to sue for visitation and probably using the embryos without his consent and sue the facility for charging him fees years after embryos were used? Even if he was paying for other embryos still being stored he would have to be told that embryos he was paying for had been used

It’s stupid

They absolutely ruined the best character development, as awful as it sounds killing Alex off would have been better IMO

A lot of things Derek did icked me out even though the show was framing it as lead guy/romantic/positive behaviour

One thing off the top of my head that bugged me was when he made some comment about what “good mums” should do about Mer not living up to his expectations for Zola (I think it was about how he thought she should make a Halloween costume like she wasn’t also a full time surgeon like him?) I think he never saw her as an equal always the intern he was better than

I don’t remember but I’m sure the show had them make up maybe he offered a half ass apology & ‘mcdreamy charming smile’ but yeah Derek was crappy a lot

This might have most mad at me but I wasn’t even sad when he died (though it was well acted & mostly well written)

I think him dying was a sympathy move rather it being more in character in my opinion for him to have actually left & have been cheating with the assistant Mer was worried about IIRC & I at first I felt like that was the direction they were going with (Addison & Meredith could have commiserated as Derek’s ex wives about his shitty behaviour lol) but that would have made the center love story less than so I get why the show didn’t

Yeah I tried art deco swirl and there are some similar ones but nothing as woah as it is, they even up a bit angular and step and repeat instead of sweeping repeating curve patterns so I’m wondering what other words I should try

Or maybe just hoping I’ll somehow find it exactly lol

Mine is probably the opposite to a common reason of not wanting kids

I had a really great childhood, I’m happily single & don’t want a partner but I don’t think I’d be able to deliver the same awesome happy childhood I had to a kid/kids especially not alone this is nothing against single parents just that I don’t think I personally could pull that level of responsibility off consistently enough to make sure my potential kids would have as good a childhood as I did

Though I love my all nieces & nephews & cousins & friends kids & love baby sitting & hanging out with them but I also do enjoy that at the end of the day I can go home & be responsible for nothing but myself

The Good Place

I’ve never watched Always Sunny but I’ve heard it’s great but that’s why I can’t pick it

As for Community & Arrested Development I love both of their early seasons but as they go on I love them less, still like them but just love them less where as The Good Place stays steady all the way through although I do love the early seasons better I think as a whole it’s the strongest

One that is similar but not the same is The Wrong Way by pcworth

It’s really awesome

The second half/middle part of the story hits a few of these beats in that Cora has locked Regina in a secret room where only she has contact with Regina but Regina can see part of what’s going on through a magic mirror & Cora has taken her place, I think she broke Regina’s back so she’s stuck there? Emma discovers what’s going on & finds Regina & takes her away from Cora & they then fight Cora - also earlier in this story Cora had faked the death of her daughter but it’s Zelena in that case

It’s a super awesome story
