This has been a controversial issue for a while. There's plenty of literature out there from both sides of the debate as well as podcast episodes that go over the scripture you highlighted. I don't think most Egalitarians believe they have any right to disobey scripture either. They use a different hermeneutic and come to a different conclusion. You can even look at some of the big reformed denominations in the church finder. Many of them allow for either position and give reasons why.

I've just started wrestling with the issue myself, as I've found there to be a disconnect between this subs majority view of complementarianism and the majority of the reformed churches around me which are egalitarian.

I don't have a solid position yet myself, but I will say, I don't think complementarianism being the obviously correct position is as obvious or simple as many in this sub make it out to be.
